Marketing Strategist
Market development
Plan how RhythmCare and the technologies it represents are introduced to hospitals, cardiac centres and procurement teams across Sri Lanka.
What you will do
- Develop market-development and professional promotion plans for represented cardiac rhythm technologies, within manufacturer guidelines and Sri Lankan regulatory requirements
- Build awareness of RhythmCare among public and private healthcare institutions
- Prepare product literature, presentations and digital content for healthcare professionals
- Organize product demonstrations and professional education events with manufacturer partners
- Gather market insight to support discussions with prospective manufacturer partners
What you will bring
- A degree in marketing, business or a life-science field
- Experience marketing medical devices or pharmaceuticals in Sri Lanka is preferred
- An understanding of responsible, compliant promotion of medical products
- Clear written and spoken English; Sinhala or Tamil is an advantage
Data Analyst
Market and operations
Turn market, procurement and operational data into clear, well-sourced information for the leadership team and manufacturer partners.
What you will do
- Build and maintain datasets on the Sri Lankan cardiac rhythm market from verified sources
- Analyze public procurement and tender information and institutional demand
- Support product and market assessments for prospective manufacturer partners
- Report on sales, inventory and technical service activity
- Keep data accurate, properly sourced and confidential
What you will bring
- A degree in statistics, data science, economics or a related field
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills; Python or R is an advantage
- Experience with a reporting tool such as Power BI or Looker Studio
- Experience with healthcare or procurement data is an advantage
Cardiac Technologist (ECG and Holter)
Technical and product support
Support hospitals using the ambulatory monitoring and rhythm-management equipment RhythmCare represents, from installation to training and day-to-day technical help.
What you will do
- Set up and support Holter, ambulatory ECG and monitoring systems at healthcare institutions
- Deliver manufacturer-authorized product training to hospital teams
- Provide technical support for CIED programmers and analyzers, following manufacturer guidance
- Handle first-line troubleshooting and liaise with manufacturers on technical issues
What you will bring
- A recognized qualification in cardiography or cardiac technology
- Hands-on experience with ECG and Holter or ambulatory monitoring systems
- Experience in a pacemaker or device clinic is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to hospitals across Sri Lanka

Technical and product support
Bring imaging expertise to the cath labs where cardiac rhythm devices are implanted, supporting product demonstrations, training and equipment questions.
What you will do
- Provide product and equipment support in cardiac catheterization laboratories at the request of the treating team, within manufacturer guidelines
- Share manufacturer-documented imaging and equipment information with institutional teams
- Contribute to manufacturer-authorized training for cath lab teams
- Promote radiation safety and good practice during product support activities
What you will bring
- A diploma or degree in radiography, with registration as required in Sri Lanka
- Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or interventional radiology
- Familiarity with pacemaker or other device implantation procedures is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to hospitals across Sri Lanka

Technology
Keep RhythmCare's website, internal tools and supported software platforms secure, up to date and running smoothly.
What you will do
- Maintain and update the company website and internal business tools
- Support the monitoring software and cloud platforms associated with represented products, including user administration, integrations and updates
- Apply security updates, manage backups and monitor uptime
- Fix bugs and deliver small improvements
- Provide day-to-day IT support to the team
What you will bring
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js and a modern front-end framework
- Working knowledge of SQL databases, Git and cloud hosting
- Good security practice and care with sensitive healthcare data
- A methodical approach to maintenance and documentation
